Do you use Deionized Water?
Yes, we exclusively use Deionized Water. Unlike regular tap water, deionized water is completely free of minerals, preventing water spots and streaks while delivering a flawless, high-gloss shine. It also reduces the need for harsh chemicals, protects your vehicle’s finish, and speeds up drying time. While this premium approach costs us more, we believe it’s a worthwhile investment in quality and customer satisfaction.
How do you handle water spots or oxidation on the exterior?
We use a mild abrasive compound for water spots and oxidation, then polish it up to bring back the shine. Takes some elbow grease, but it works!
Can you remove tree sap, bugs, or tar?
Yes, we use solvents that break down sap and tar, and a good scrub gets the bugs off without scratching the paint.
Do you offer mobile detailing services?
